Tom Shindler began mapping
while earning his Geology degree at the University of Washington.
He came to know and love the Olympic Mountains while working as a
Backcountry Ranger in Olympic National Park. In addition to
making Custom Correct Maps, Tom works for Clallam County, and
lives near Port Angeles with his wife and two sons.
